Why do you love pilates?

“I fell in love with Pilates because it allowed me to safely strengthen my shoulder from a prior injury. It has built my core to a new level of strong! Annnnd my balance has become top tier!”

What can someone expect from your class?

“I try to switch up my classes every time so there is something unique in every class!”

What’s your favorite cheat meal?

“FAST FOOD. ANY KIND/ANY PLACE. Currently dreaming about a quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fry from McD’s."

Why do you love pilates?

"Practicing Pilates is a mind-body experience. It teaches you the fundamentals of movement principles and when you understand how the body works you can learn how to make it work better."

What can someone expect from your class?

"My classes blend classic pilates with contemporary methodologies. I always strive to maintain the essence of Joseph Pilates’ exercises and method while allowing for evolution of the method based on technique and equipment."

Why do you love pilates?

"Pilates is something I could never quit. The mental clarity it gives me is enough to keep me motivated to come to class whether it be teaching or taking. I love feeling strong after completing a class and the overall benefits outweigh the soreness."

What can someone expect from your class?

"Quick transitions, form correction and cues, a fun playlist and targeted muscle groups. I try to keep my classes moving so you don’t have time to think about how tired or sore you are! "

What's your favorite thing to do outside of pilates? 

"Playing with my pups (all 3, chaos I know), distance cycling, trying new fitness classes and learning new skills in my careers!"

"Its the perfect combination of low impact and hard core. It helps me focus, center myself and breathe. Its like that first bite of my favortie food, its just so good to me."

"A nice mix. An opportunity to challenge yourself, center yourself and enjoy the playlist!"

"Practicing self care; which consists of spa dates, good eats and naps."
