Why do you love pilates? 

Pilates is an amazing exercise option to incorporate into your daily life. Even if you’re not full time Pilates, the changes it makes in your body with supplementing only once or twice a week is a game changer. I’ve seen these results in my personal body and know they can work wonders for any body type!

What can someone expect from your class? 

I like to get sh*t done! In a 50 minute class you can expect a calm demeanor, but ready to make sure you pack in as much movement as possible to make you feel accomplished and empowered! 

What's your favorite thing to do outside of class?

Besides chasing my very active baby around the house, I love taking some time for myself to workout, explore new restaurants with my husband & travel!

Why do you love pilates? 

I love that it's approachable for every body type, age group, and fitness level. I also love that Pilates is frequently utilized in rehabilitating injuries and better yet, injury prevention.

What can someone expect from your class? 

A bomb ass 80's, 90's and early 2000's pop & hip hop playlist, fun energy, lots of encouragement, and thorough instructions to keep you safe. And high fives!

What's your favorite thing to do outside of teaching Pilates?

Sipping tequila while catching up with my gal gang, long walks with my rescue dogs - Everest & Bentley, and advocating/volunteering for rescue animals.

What do you love about Pilates?

I love that Pilates makes me feel strong and powerful from the inside out and doesn't hurt that it makes you look good as well!

What can someone expect from your class?

They can expect a complete head to toe workout in my class... no body part left behind!

What's your favorite cheat meal?

It would have to be In N Out! Cheeseburger, grilled onions, French Fries "Animal Style" and a chocolate shake!

Why do you love pilates?

Practicing Pilates is a mind-body experience. It teaches you the fundamentals of movement principles and when you understand how the body works you can learn how to make it work better.

What can someone expect from your class?

My classes blend classic pilates with contemporary methodologies. I always strive to maintain the essence of Joseph Pilates’ exercises and method while allowing for evolution of the method based on technique and equipment.

Why do you love Pilates?

I love the results! After teaching various fitness modalities over thirty five years I sustained several injuries. Pilates is safe and effective. It helps me live and do life better and the joy of helping others through this journey is a true Blessing

An upbeat, FUN & energizing yet challenging workout experience!

What's your favorite thing to do outside of the studio?

Spend time with my husband, facials and pickleball!

Why do you love Pilates?

Pilates is something I could never quit. The mental clarity it gives me is enough to keep me motivated to come to class whether it be teaching or taking. I love feeling strong after completing a class and the overall benefits outweigh the soreness.

What can someone expect from your class?

Quick transitions, form correction and cues, a fun playlist and targeted muscle groups. I try to keep my classes moving so you don’t have time to think about how tired or sore you are!

What's your favorite thing to do outside of teaching Pilates?

Playing with my pups (all 3, chaos I know), distance cycling, trying new fitness classes and learning new skills in my careers!
