I like to get sh*t done! In a 50 minute class you can expect a calm demeanor, but ready to make sure you pack in as much movement as possible to make you feel accomplished and empowered!
Besides being a new mom or 2 littles, I love taking some time for myself to workout, explore new restaurants with my husband & travel!

My classes are heavily focused on form because I would rather you do 4 reps correctly than 50 reps the wrong way!
