Pilates is an amazing exercise option to incorporate into your daily life. Even if you’re not full time Pilates, the changes it makes in your body with supplementing only once or twice a week is a game changer. I’ve seen these results in my personal body and know they can work wonders for any body type!
I like to get sh*t done! In a 50 minute class you can expect a calm demeanor, but ready to make sure you pack in as much movement as possible to make you feel accomplished and empowered!
Besides being a new mom or 2 littles, I love taking some time for myself to workout, explore new restaurants with my husband & travel!
