Whether you're new to the Pilates world or you haven't been on a reformer in awhile, this class is for you! This is a great way to ease into the exercises by familiarizing yourself with our cueing, learning proper forms and becoming acquainted with Pilates equipment.
Intermediate
Reformer, Mat, Chair
This class is perfect for those who are familiar with Pilates, and are looking to strengthen their practice. The Level 2 Class starts to incorporate more advanced moves and includes some chair work alongside the reformer work.

Our Level 3 class is our most advanced and ideal for those comfortable with Pilates and ready for a challenge. This class will have little to no breaks, quicker transitions, and is ALL about core stability and balance.

Reformer, Hand Weights
This is a fun, energetic cardio class that we use a jumpboard on the reformer - think zero gravity jumping. This class is for low impact on the knees and ankles, but will sprinkle the cardio spurts throughout the class to get the heart rate back up between Pilates exercises.

This is a low impact HIIT workout to help you achieve your fitness goals all under one roof and get the most out of P214! Each circuit includes 4 exercises and will be repeated 2-3 times throughout the class. We incorporate free weights, mat along with some reformer & TRX so you are sure to get a high energy workout!

The Baby Mama classes are perfect for new, expecting AND postpartum mamas. This moms-only class is more intimate, with only 5 people per class. We'll guide you through proper modifications to commonly used exercises, so your body is cared for!
A pair of grip socks and water, both of which are for sale in the studio if you forget yours!
Just know we are going to put you through a safe and effective workout in a fun group atmosphere! Pilates is one of the fastest growing industries and for good reason. This low impact workout starts from the core out. We focus on not just abdominal core, but spinal and postural muscles as well.
At least 5 minutes before class, should you have any questions or need to discuss anything prior to class with the instructor.
We have a 5 minute grace period. Anyone arriving after 5 minutes, will be kindly asked to reschedule. We like holding our community accountable for their time in a respectful manner since this is a group effort.
We have the best parking in the area! There is a massive parking lot in the front of the shopping center where you can park for free.
We require grip socks due to safety and hygiene. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you don't own grip socks, you can purchase a pair in the studio!
I love P214!!! The classes are great— so much variety and there’s something for everyone with multiple time options. The app makes it easy to book and reschedule classes. The owner Melissa is so sweet and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking to try pilates for the first time or the experienced!

The studio is incredible, instructors informative and fun (whether you’re a beginner or advanced), and the ease of their app is a game changer compared to so many other studios. As a busy working Mom this has become a treat that energizes me for the day and helps me sleep at night. And having been to other studios for other workout classes, this is by far the greatest sense of community and convenience.
