Hear it from a student of The Lab:

We tailor the Pilates practices to be safe for pregnant and postpartum women. We omit core work (goodbye abs, hello baby belly!), we do not lie on our stomachs and we target those mom muscles! This is all about what's healthy and safe for expecting moms only!

Staying Motivated

In The Lab at Pilates214, we do offer an Apprenticeship opportunity if available on the studio schedule to accrue hours and get paid before testing out for your certification.

Meet the Master Trainer of The Lab

studio owner & certified Pilates instructor since 2019

As someone who has been in the fitness industry since 2006, I'm passionate about working with the body. After getting my degree in Kinesiology, I understood the importance of keeping clients safe with exercise. Full circle, after getting my Pilates Certification, I now have a deeper love for knowing how to conduct a safe and effective Pilates class in a group setting.
